One-Touch Derrick Floor Manipulator

One-touch derrick floor manipulator is a multifunctional automated system deployed on oil drilling platforms. It is primarily designed for tubular handling operations, including pushing and guiding drill stands from the pipe setback to the well center during tripping in, and transferring stands from the wellbore back to the setback area during tripping out.
Performance Characteristics :
| • Servo motor drive with high positioning accuracy, enabling one-touch loading or unloading of drill pipe box tools; | • Right-angle L-shaped track design eliminates interference with drll pipe box position while maintaining low profile; |
| • One-touch operation automatically positions manipulator at front-right side of drill floor, clearing workspace for catwalk operations; | • Front and rear mechanical amms adopt gear-driven transmission for smoother operation, simplified algorithms, and enhanced control precision; |
| • Integrated random cable management system resolves drag chain contamination and damage issues; | • Automatic and remote control svstems are adopted to meet the control reguirements in different working environments; |
| • One-touch functional modes include: pipe arrangement, pipe feeding, obstacle avoidance, wellhead positioningmousehole positioning, main gate positioning, let and right positioning, forward and backward positioning, standby position return. | |
